TAXONOMY OF OBJECTIVES

TAXONOMY OF OBJECTIVES: We move from training aims to training objectives by deciding the aesired final performances to be achieved by learners. Then we identify the inputs to the teaching-learning (training-learning) situation.
These inputs may be:
physical environment (equipment, tools etc.)
- social environment (grouping)
instructional environment (instructors, media)
informational content (trade, subject, contents)
time required for training-learning.
